Saturday, Sept. 3 Ninth Annual Rush River Folk Festival, Vino in the Valley (W3826 450th Ave., Maiden Rock). Event features seven hours of live music by Lonesome Dan Kase (1-2:30 p.m.), Garden Party (3-4:30 p.m.), Barrel Flash (5-6:30 p.m.) and Davey J’s One-Man Acoustical Band (7-8:30 p.m.) Admission is free. Enjoy wine, beer and Italian fare (pavilion opens at noon for lunch). Wagon rides, lawn games and bonfires. Bring blankets and lawn chairs.
Sunday, Sept. 4 14th Annual Booyah Feed & Bean Bag Tourney, 2-8 p.m., Clyde’s Corner (W7409 Highway 65, Beldenville). Booyah served from 2 p.m. until gone. Bean bag tourney starts at 4 p.m., $5 per person, luck of draw partners.

Third Annual EPC Athletics Golf Fundraiser, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Rolling Greens Golf Course, Durand. Call 715-672-8139 to book a tee time anytime between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., ask for Sarah. Even if you don’t golf, come out to participate in the raffles and meal. All proceeds support EPC athletics. In two years, the fundraiser has raised more than $25,000.

Special guests include District III Co-Director Peggy Green and presenter Jenny Ames, the RF School District community education and communications director. She strives to connect students, the community and broadens the representation of the Community Ed Advisory Council. All new members welcome.

Join the Ellsworth Area Ambulance Service for pork chops on a stick and raffle sales to benefit EAAS. Proceeds go toward facility and equipment upgrades to help serve the community.
