Week of Jan. 29: Pierce County Circuit Court

Initial appearances

Lindsey Rose Bohmbach, 39, Hager City, was ordered to pay $250 cash bond Jan. 17 on felony bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer, and three misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A status conference is scheduled at 1 p.m. Feb. 18.

Lawrence Charles Hanna, 40, Prescott, was ordered to pay $250 cash bond Jan. 16 on disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), possess drug paraphernalia, possession of THC and three felony bail jumping charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 1:30 p.m. Jan. 30.

Chad Eric Smith, 52, New Richmond, was ordered to pay $500 cash bond Jan. 16 on felony bail jumping (repeater), criminal damage to property (repeater, domestic abuse), disorderly conduct (repeater, domestic abuse) and possess drug paraphernalia (repeater) charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 10 a.m. Feb. 13.

Closed cases

Joseph Lavern Bougie, 42, Prescott, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 Jan. 15. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 1 incident.

Felony strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse), battery (domestic abuse), criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges against Benjamin Michael Kelly, 22, River Falls, were dismissed Jan. 16 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charges resulted from an Oct. 30, 2023 incident.

Bradley Arthur Kuehn, 45, Prescott, was convicted of felony possession of THC (second+ offense) Jan. 17, sentenced to three years of probation and fined $518. Felony possession of methamphetamine (repeater), felony possession of narcotic drugs (repeater), disorderly conduct (repeater) and possess illegally obtained prescription (repeater) charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a July 26 incident.
