PRESCOTT – We hope you all enjoyed the potluck lunch on the first Tuesday of the month and got a chance to visit with fellow members. We also started a weekly walking group and weekly Mahjongg on Tuesdays!

Thursday, May 16: At 1:15 p.m., Natalie Kranig from the Prescott Fire Department will talk about home fire safety, fire extinguishers and more! Come enjoy a treat and learn about fire safety.
Thursday, May 23: Movie Day is at 1 p.m. We will be showing “Still Alice,” a drama, and enjoy some popcorn too.
Tuesday, May 28: Book Club meets at 1 p.m. to discuss “Slaughterhouse Five” by Kurt Vonnegut.
Events for the next week:
Wednesday, May 8: Advisory Committee meets at 9:30 a.m., followed by Cards Day from 12:30-3:30 p.m. Come play Euchre and Bridge.
Thursday, May 9: Pickleball meets at 9 a.m. at Prescott Intermediate School gym (125 Elm St. N.) If the weather is agreeable, they will play outside on courts adjacent to the school. Then join us from 12:30-3:30 p.m. for Canasta. Art 1010 Watercolor Painting will also meet at 1 p.m. in Room G9. A $2 class fee is collected at class.
Tuesday, May 14: Mahjongg will be plated at 9 a.m. Beginners are welcome. Walking Group also meets at 9 a.m. in the middle school parking lot. Pickleball players will meet at 9 a.m. at Prescott Intermediate School gym (125 Elm St. N.) If the weather is agreeable, they will play outside on courts across from the school.
Wednesday, May 15: Join members for cards from 1-3:30 p.m. (Euchre and Bridge).
Senior Gathering Place is located at Prescott Middle School (1220 St. Croix St., Door 5). All seniors age 55 and older are welcome to participate.
