Parker Wright, of Ellsworth, had to be extricated from his #18 car at the Ellsworth Funsters Demo Derby Aug. 15 at the Pierce County Fair after a high-sped collision. EMS transported him to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a concussion. According to a Facebook post, he is recovering and looking forward to the Pumpkin Brawl Oct. 10.
