PRESCOTT – The sunshine has returned! And nice as that is, the cold and snow just had to follow along! We hope the weather hasn’t deterred your activity. And based on the number of people who joined us for Canasta, Euchre and Art 101 last week, I would say it hasn’t! 
Coming activities:

Wednesday, Jan. 17: Cards from 12:30-3:30 p.m., join the group for Bridge, Euchre or game of your choice.

Thursday, Jan. 18: Pickleball at 9 a.m. in the gym at Prescott Intermediate School. Then at 1 p.m. watch the movie” Ice Age-the Meltdown” (animated comedy) at the Gathering Place.

Friday Jan. 19:  The Memory Cafe will meet from 10-11:30 a.m. at the First National Bank community room , lower level.

Monday, Jan. 22: Chair Yoga meets 9:30-10:30 a.m., pre-registered participants meet at the Gathering Place.

Tuesday, Jan. 23: Pickleball at 9 a.m. in the gym at Prescott Intermediate School. Book Club will meet at 1 p.m. to discussm“The Clayfields” by Elise Gregory.

Wednesday, Jan. 24: Cards from 12:30-3:30 p.m., so join the group for Bridge, Euchre or game of your choice.

Thursday, Jan. 25: Pickleball at 9 a.m. in the gym at Prescott Intermediate School. We are trying something new at Gathering Place at 12:30 p.m. We are calling it Game Day/Players Choice. We have a number of games and board games to choose from. Farkle, Yahtzee, 5 Crowns, Train Dominoes and more. Bring your friends to play game of your choice.

Monday, Jan. 29: Chair Yoga meets 9:30-10:30 a.m., pre-registered participants meet in Gathering Place.

Tuesday, Jan. 30: Pickleball at 9 a.m. at Prescott Intermediate School gym. Do you want to learn Canasta? Join us at 12:30 p.m. to learn and play Canasta. 

Wednesday, Jan. 31: Cards from 12:30-3:30 p.m.: join the group for Bridge or Euchre or game of your choice.
Prescott Senior Gathering Place is located at 1220 St. Croix St., Prescott. Use Door 5. Gathering Place is open to all seniors age 55 and older. Ample parking and handicap parking are available.
